[Scheduling Tool] Custom Title Field (Committed for dilithium-1H)

There are many instances where a team's Service Tree name is not detailed enough and never actually covers to topic of discussion. Architects would like to give partner teams the option to add a custom title to their meeting to provide more information on the meeting at a glance.

Start by locating the scheduling tool entry point and tracing how meeting titles are collected and displayed. Add a custom review-title field that partner teams can supply, and verify that the title appears in the resulting meeting view alongside the Service Tree name.
