in this pr https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs-pr/pull/15758
it need JS sdk breaking approval, but the JS breaking is introduced by the operation OperationStatuses_get https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs-pr/pull/15758#discussion_r1430867142 which added x-ms-long-running-operation in his change. I think it should be a cross version breaking change. but in the ci check, I can't find related info.
