Stress Status workbook - allow clicking through to the underlying failure

In the [stress production workbook](http://aka.ms/azsdk/stress/status) it'd be nice if you could click on the individual failure row and get taken to the log output.

For instance, our `memray` related tests in Python are failing but you can't see why from the dashboard, only that it's failed.
