Can we add ranges to the commit descriptions in [publish](https://dev.azure.com/azure-sdk/internal/_build?definitionId=1375) and [regen](https://dev.azure.com/azure-sdk/internal/_build?definitionId=5990&_a=summary) pipeline?
They exist in the job descriptions but not the PR
