Keep track of attendees from Outlook

This is a follow up for: https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-tools/issues/5985

Users who have been invited to a meeting trought a FW invitation wont be able to access the meeting on the Scheduler Tool since we don't keep track of attendees that have been added directly in Outlook.

We could use triggers from Power Automate to autmatically add attendees in our databse when a meeting has been FW to someone.

Start by reading follow-up issue #5985 and locating the Scheduler Tool flow that handles attendees and its database records. Confirm the Power Automate trigger path for forwarded invitations; done means forwarded attendees are automatically added to the database and can access the meeting.
