Add definition name and definition id to BuildTimelineRecord and BuildLogLine

There may be technical challenges here, but if there aren't this would be extremely convenient. We are always having to write very complex join queries on BuildId or BuildDefinitionId just to get readable output from BuildLogLine or BuildTimelineRecord queries.

Start by locating BuildTimelineRecord and BuildLogLine in the repository and tracing how their BuildId or BuildDefinitionId fields are populated. Check the related query and model tests, if present, before assessing the technical challenges. Done means readable definition name and definition ID data can be retrieved directly from both record types without complex joins.
