On Meeting Update Resend Meeting Invite

The Azure SDK Architects will often receive an invite for an SDK Review and check to see what language API Views have been added. If a API View for their language has not been added, they often decline the invite. But if the meeting is later updated in the scheduling tool to include an API View for their language, they don't receive an update.
It would be preferred if an update to the scheduled meeting was sent when an API View link is added/changed.

Start by locating the scheduling tool's meeting-update flow and how API View links are stored and invite notifications are sent. Confirm how an API View link is added or changed, then verify that affected recipients receive an updated meeting invite after the change.
