We need to add an `Azure.Health` technology group to the known values we validate at https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-tools/blob/main/src/dotnet/Azure.ClientSdk.Analyzers/Azure.ClientSdk.Analyzers/ClientAssemblyNamespaceAnalyzer.cs#L13.
