Data optimization Preview Feature turned off for Informational Meeting

One solution to the bug was to turn off the preview feature _**Explicit column selection**_. Which optimize load times and reduces memory comsumption by only fetching columns use in the app.

We might want to revisit if we can do something different to turn this feature on, or if the impact on performance is not significant.

Start with issue #5074 and the referenced comment to understand why the Explicit column selection preview feature was disabled and what performance impact prompted that decision. Determine whether there is a supported path to enable it again; done means reaching and documenting a clear decision based on that investigation.
