Description
Recently, we had a situation where the wrong PR was linked to the meeting invite. As an API Steward, I went in a fixed this. However, I could not change the meeting invite.
As an admin, I should be able to manage all aspects of the meeting, e.g.
* edit any meeting details. Updating this should cause the calendar invite to refresh.
* add/remove attendees.
* change time/date
* etc...
