Description component is only refresh on start up time

For now I have seen this issue in API meetings where if the user creates a meeting, and then without refreshing or changing to another meeting (not invoking onstartup) clicks on create a new meeting, the `Description` box contains the information provided from the last meeting.
Need to check if this happens in the other meetings

Start with the API meeting create flow and the Description component. Reproduce the issue by creating one meeting, creating another without refreshing or switching meetings, and compare the Description box; then check whether the same behavior occurs in other meeting types. Done means the new meeting no longer retains the previous meeting's description.
