Description
> In some cases, there's also a label for the "service area" e.g. "Cognitive - Speech" or "Language Service". These should be cleaned up and match the sub-service that the team creates in the scheduling tool and then added as well. Ideally as a distinct label. (But we can start with the first and then work towards greater refinement.>
