Description
Discovered something interesting... In a recent review meeting, Ted started the recording. Now, the recording is "owned" by him. Previously, because these meetings were part of the Teams channel, they were automatically available to the owners of that channel and they were all in one place.
Because the meeting is scheduled by the bot, each meeting is its own chat channel. As a result, the person who starts the recording owns the recording. We will need to download the recordings and then upload them to a more permanent spot. And also change the expiration of them as well.
The recordings should be owned either by everyone or by the bot, they should not expire, and ideally, they should be automatically moved to a shared and commonly accessible location in the Team's sharepoint. This would be very close to what we have today.

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is identified in the issue. First locate the bot's meeting and recording workflow, then determine how Teams and the team's SharePoint location are configured; done means recordings are shared or bot-owned, do not expire, and are moved automatically to a common location.
