Description
The current Notification messages on top of the screen are not achieving their goal to let users know that something wrong has happened.
This creates confusion because users think that they have scheduled a meeting correctly, but in reality, that is not what happened.
We need to create a new message style (maybe a pop out) to show every time an error has occurred, we should also include help and contact information.
If we want to go a step further, maybe we can also create a new flow to trigger an email for the support team to let them know that someone was using our app and run into problems. So, then they could follow up with that person.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points; start by locating the current notification-message implementation and the error flows it serves. Done means users clearly recognize when an error occurs, see help and contact information, and any support-email flow is defined and implemented if that scope is accepted.
