Description

Currently, Stakeholders are not shown in the Scheduler app under the _Meeting Attendees_ section when the meeting is being created, but they will show if the meeting is being updated. If it is a distribution list, it will show the name in which the DL was created in the admin app.

Do we want to show that information in the Scheduler tool? Should we hide the required stakeholders? Should we show them in a different section?

Research direction

The issue identifies the Scheduler App and the Meeting Attendees section but names no files, tests, or entry points. First clarify whether required stakeholders and distribution-list names should be shown during event creation or editing, and what section should contain them. Done criteria require an agreed display behavior and validation that creation and update views are consistent.
