Description
Currently, you can create new Event Reviewers and delete them from the current app, following the _happy path_. We should add the following changes to improve quality and the overall experience:
- [ ] Delete confirmation pop-out
- [ ] Edit an existing reviewer
- [ ] Form fields validation, with proper error handling
- [ ] Change reviewer status
When creating a new Reviewer:
- [ ] Merge the two save buttons for persons or distribution lists into one
- [ ] Add a UI switch, to display the Person search or the Distribution List text boxes
