Change reminder and auto cancellation countdown values from the admin app

Currently, the only way to change these values is going directly to the PowerApps Flows and change them in the XML queries. It would be useful to have a way to edit these values directly from the admin app.

Trace how the reminder and auto-cancellation values are read, then determine how the admin app should edit and persist them. Done means both values can be changed from the admin app and the flows use the updated settings.
