Add a SDK agent testing for workflow related prompt

Put in place Vally testing for the SDK agent. Especially around the process validation. We're making a point that the agent should know the process, and we can ask questions like "What is the next step in the process" and get replies like "You need to generate SDK now". Or the answer could be "You need to get your spec reviewed". So this is statefull environment, and there is a part of this testing that should include mocking the release planner, oir creating fake ones for testing, whatever is best.
