Description
Compared with other languages, .NET management-plane SDKs require APIView approval for GA. This interrupts the self-service release model, since service teams must reach out to the .NET language owner offline for sign-off. In addition, when releases fail due to missing APIView approval, many service developers aren’t sure why and end up contacting the language owner for troubleshooting—adding avoidable overhead.
The issue is to drive the improvement in this scenario. Either there should auto-notification to .NET language owner to approve the APIView linked to a release plan, or there could be Auto-Approval since the updates has been reviewed and approved with the .NET SDK pull request previously merged?

Research direction
Start by tracing the GA release workflow in azure-sdk-tools and locating where APIView approval is checked for .NET management-plane SDKs. Compare the requested notification and auto-approval options, then define completion as a release path that no longer requires unexplained offline sign-off or directs failures to the language owner for troubleshooting.
