## Overview
This epic tracks work to improve the invocation rate and reliability of the azure-typespec-author skill. The goal is to ensure the skill is consistently and correctly invoked by the Copilot agent when users perform TypeSpec authoring tasks.
## Problem
The skill is not reliably triggered in all scenarios. This includes gaps in agent instruction configuration, inconsistencies across different repos (e.g., spec repo vs SDK repos), and uncertainty around how skill invocation compares to other skills (e.g., ARM's skill).
