Description

There was an issue with the Engagement Experience PowerApps-based Scheduling app where two REST API review meetings from different teams were scheduled at the same time. This double-booking occurred last week and was reported by Mike. Praveen has requested a GitHub issue to investigate the cause and will begin looking into it after completing his current tasks.

Objectives:
- Determine why the scheduling app allowed overlapping bookings for REST API reviews.
- Identify any underlying bug or configuration issue in the PowerApps scheduler.
- Recommend actions to prevent recurrence.

Supporting details and screenshots:

Praveen will follow up once current tasks are done.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the screenshots and the two related meeting issues, #39860 and #40161, to reconstruct the overlapping bookings. Investigate the PowerApps Scheduling app configuration and booking behavior; done means identifying the cause and documenting actions that prevent recurrence.
