Description
Data plane SDK needs to be generated manually now by service teams whereas management plane DK is generated by copilot. This task is to add SDK generation using copilot for data plane also.
Changes required:
1. SDK release planner for data plane needs a UI change to request SDK generation (Major UI change)
2. UI still require language level options to confirm change log update, tests, readme etc. (Major UI change)
3. Cloud flow update to create SDK generation issue for data plane. (Minor changes)
4. Update DevOps dashboard to create a tab for failed SDK generation for data plane. (Minor changes)
5. Update documentation to reflect new SDK generation using copilot. (Minor changes)
