Description
This Epic outlines the structured requirements for improving the management of Azure SDK codeowners information. The goal is to ensure accurate, up-to-date ownership of metadata across all SDK languages to improve supportability, reduce manual maintenance, and enable automation for issue triage and SLA compliance. This initiative is grounded in feedback from stakeholders including Rick Winter, Jesse Squire, Jeff Fisher, Josh Free, Ronnie Geraghty, and Laurent Mazuel and aligns with the current release process as discussed in the 'Codeowners integration to release process' meeting.
The instructions we provide to service teams today to update codeowners information is here: [CODEOWNERS](https://eng.ms/docs/products/azure-developer-experience/develop/supporting-sdk-customers/codeowners#where-are-the-codeowners-files)
