Epic: Identify gaps between Release Planner app and agent workflow

Identify the gaps in the release planner functionality when a user creates and navigates the process through the Release Planner app versus when a release plan is created using the agent workflow. Document the specific differences in user experience, process flow, data handling, automation, and any other functional or non-functional aspects. Recommend actionable improvements for alignment or clarification between the two approaches.

- SDK pull request links
- Completion of SDK release app steps based on the state agentic work is. For e.g. mark pre-req step as completed when SDK is generated.
- Update release status
- Completion of release plan

This should also work in reverse. Agentic solution should be able to identify the current state of release plan and pick from that point.
