Description
We are going to replace package-dir with emitter-output-dir that aims to simplify tspconfig.yaml and ensure consistency between tsp-client and tsp-compile.
All the language specific documentation needs to be updated to use ‘emitter-output-dir’ instead of ‘package-dir’.
