Description
tsp-client enhanced ~~`update`~~ `init` command to support brand-new service scenarios. With that, language scripts can always call `tsp-client init --update-if-exists` command by passing in the 'tspconfig.yaml' path and a commit.
Update to capture the status of all languages:
