[Scheduling Tool] Support for 1 hour SDK Review meetigs

The Scheduling Tool currently uses the `SDK Meeting - PROD` calendar to set meeting availabilities. And that works for setting the starting time of the meeting. But if a meeting on the `SDK Meeting - PROD` is made shorter than 2 hours it seems the Scheduling tool still sets the meeting for 2 hours.

I'd like to request that the Scheduling tool support variable timed meetings based on the length of the event on the `SDK Meeting - PROD` calendar.

For an example of this not working currently, please look at the SDK Review meeting scheduled for May 22, 2025.

Start by locating the Scheduling Tool's handling of the `SDK Meeting - PROD` calendar and reproduce the May 22, 2025 SDK Review example. Trace how the calendar event length becomes the scheduled meeting duration; done means shorter events, including one-hour events, produce matching meeting availabilities without changing the start time.
