[.Net] Remove/Reduce manual work on preparing sdk for release

For supporting releasing sdk by self-service, all emitters should remove or reduce manual work listed below as much as possible.
If you can't make the manual work become auto script, please specify how to guide service developer to do the job and provide documents.

Current manual work for .Net are
1. mitigate breaking change
2. fix SDK renaming
3. add live tests
