Scheduling app meeting cancelation fix

When a user goes to cancel a meeting from their email links it takes them to the form where they can edit the details of the meeting, a meeting can only be cancelled from the meetings dashboard.

We should allow users to cancel from that form, this is happening for API and SDK review meetings and has happened multiple times for each.

Start by tracing the email-link flow into the meeting edit form and compare it with cancellation from the meetings dashboard. Check the API and SDK review meeting paths; done means users can cancel from the form as well, including for both meeting types.
