Description
I've disabled the nightly `rust - servicebus` and weekly `rust - servicebus - weekly` because they always fail. We weren't running for a time but some recent-ish changes for test runs started running them, and they always fail. This is a distraction from any notification of active, supported crates' failures and a waste of resources.
We should enable these two CI pipelines once the tests are fixed. Probably need to merge #2935 yet as well, though I know that isn't the final PR for SB yet.

Research direction
Start by inspecting the CI definitions for the nightly `rust - servicebus` and weekly `rust - servicebus - weekly` pipelines, then review the failing Service Bus tests. Check the dependency on PR #2935 and determine what fixes are still needed. Done means both test suites pass reliably and the two pipelines can be re-enabled without recurring failures.
