[rust-api-view] Expand template to cover all Rust scenarios

Starting from the `rustdoc-types`, make sure all the objects and props are covered by the `rust-api-parser`, add relevant examples for that in `azure_template` to document the scenarios not present in `azure_core`.

Start with rustdoc-types and compare its objects and props against rust-api-parser to identify the coverage gaps.
