New Built-in role for human in the loop to review the evals outcome

Lack of built-in role for human in the loop who will review evals outcome so as to restrict permissions to view evals data for authorized users only. There is "BLUR" button in the AI foundry evals results page, can be changed by anyone who has access to the AI foundry project.
