[BUG] Missing Spelling Reports

After investigation, @danieljurek has identified that the script used to file the spelling issues on libraries was contained a bug, which resulted in some services with spelling errors being added to the exclusion list silently **without** having issues filed identifying their spelling errors.

This bug needs to be addressed so we can identify the spelling errors that need to be fixed for these SDKs
