[FEATURE REQ] Remove inappropriate property spring.cloud.azure.cosmos.content-response-on-write-enable

Since spring data framework will return the entity that was saved when writing to the database, this property `spring.cloud.azure.cosmos.content-response-on-write-enable` will be always overridden in spring data cosmos SDK, it should be not exposed at all.
