Need support on intergrated Application/Network balancer backend health API

With Reference to application gateway/network balancer backend health

Is there a way to see the comprehensive health of app gateway directly with Rest API ? I didn't find any specific API except the one which shows the servers health individually.
Also the resource health AAPI doesn't work with

For azure net work load balancer there is no means of looking at the backend health similar to app gateway.
Resource health API give a pointer to see the health. but why in two different places the health info is shown for application gateway and network balancer ?

I have a use-case where i need to monitor the backend health of different balancers,,etc.

I would like to request the following network balancer is also enabled for the same backend health option.
