Will App Service Application Log (filesystem) be Disabled in 12 Hours?

Currently, terraform azurerm provider has some [requirement](terraform-providers/terraform-provider-azurerm#6645) to expose the [FileSystemApplicationLogsConfig](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/appservice/webapps/updatediagnosticlogsconfig#filesystemapplicationlogsconfig). In portal, there is a "question mark" says this setting will be disabled automatically in 12 hours, like below:


However, I didn't find anywhere else announce this behavior.

Because of the "declarative" nature of terraform, we would want the state keep stale after user's change, so I would like to confirm if this is still the case. If yes, then is it possible to allow user to suppress the auto disable behavior?
