Description
Are the APIs to work with user/group licenses available through the API?
I was unable to find it.
It looks like PowerShell's AzureAD module can do licenses, but the azure-cli and Terraform are unable to. (I'm not sure how PowerShell is doing it and the module doesn't seem to be on Github).
