Prompts that should work:
- [ ] copilot: fix the lintdiff errors in this PR
- Attempt 1: https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/pull/40398
- Shot 1: identified errors of correct type, but suppressed wrong instances (needs to only suppress "new" instances)
- Shot 2: gave exact error messages, improved suppressions, but still got "where" clause slightly wrong
- Shot 3: gave link to wiki for lintdiff errors,
