[VECTOR SEARCH FLAG] Enable Vector Search for Subscription

Hi Azure Search team,

We are building a RAG solution in Azure AI Foundry and need Vector Search (preview) enabled for our subscription, but the feature is not available.

In Azure AI Search:

There is no “Add vector field” option

No “Vector” column when creating indexes

The Foundry “Add vector search to this search resource” checkbox is disabled

We need Microsoft to activate the preview feature flag.
