Description
Currently, https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/wiki/Swagger-LintDiff mentioned that for data-plane specs can suppress violations of `AvoidAnonymousParameter`.
But according to the conversation, this is a case from data plane, the expert answer is contrary from the wiki. Should this wiki needs to be updated?
