[TypeSpecValidation] Logs with many failures cause slow web UI rendering

Jobs `next, ubuntu, 0, 3` and `next, ubuntu, 1, 3` render OK. Job `next, ubuntu, 2, 3` renders very slowly, and sometimes not at all.

GitHub also renders some text "log has been truncated" around line 65k. The total log is 110k lines and 14MB.

As a workaround, you can use "download log archive" and view the logs locally in an editor like VSCode.
