**Description**: As part to this ask, call automation Server app, needs to be able to join a call location then manage the meeting, such as -> Add PSTN participant -> Send DTMF
Hero scenario: Doctor and Patient are in a Room. An interpreter is needed. Contoso Server app, is able to add call leg to the Room. Contso server app, with the call automation leg, can dial out to PSTN user, send DTMF.

New end point, that enables Server app, to get connection to a Room, after which server app can call other mid call action end points such as add participants, send DTMF.
