### Please describe the feature.

When an API hits, it returns the RoleAssignment class and I didn't find the principal_name which is displaying via the CLI command.

Research direction

Start with the linked Azure RoleAssignments API specification for version 2022-04-01 and compare its RoleAssignment response with the principal_name exposed by the CLI command. Update the specification so the field is represented, then verify that the documented response matches the CLI output.
