Description
Hi team, we tried to set the property "[rebootSetting](https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/blob/8b5aae78857c5f3cc4ecd41a4c084c884816e964/specification/maintenance/resource-manager/Microsoft.Maintenance/stable/2023-04-01/Maintenance.json#L2538)" to "Never" while creating Maintenance Configuration. But API always returns "NeverReboot" that is inconsistent with the value in request payload. So could you take a look this issue? Thanks.

Research direction
Start with the rebootSetting definition in specification/maintenance/resource-manager/Microsoft.Maintenance/stable/2023-04-01/Maintenance.json at the linked line. Compare the documented request and response values, then determine whether the specification should describe the service's NeverReboot response or preserve Never. Done means the contract clearly matches the observed API behavior.
