ProviderResourceType has `properties` field and needs additional context info

The specification has **Properties** field defined in ProviderResourceType but was not returned for any of resource providers such as Microsoft.ApiManagement, Microsoft.Network etc. when querying through Rest API https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/resources/provider-resource-types/list?tabs=HTTP.

Any additional context about this field in the documentation would really help.
