Description
The spelling should be `Canceled`. To fix this, the specification should add `Canceled` and the service should return `Canceled` instead of `Cancelled`. See https://github.com/Azure/azure-resource-manager-rpc/issues/144 for details.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the reservations specification at specification/reservations/resource-manager/Microsoft.Capacity/stable/2022-03-01/reservations.json around lines 1116-1138, then read the linked Azure Resource Manager RPC issue. Confirm that the specification uses Canceled and that the service behavior requirement is addressed; the issue is complete when both requested spelling changes are covered.
