Description
The `Mssql` should be supported in [FirewallPolicyRuleApplicationProtocolType](https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/blob/main/specification/network/resource-manager/Microsoft.Network/stable/2021-08-01/firewallPolicy.json#L1438) as it's supported in [AzureFirewallApplicationRuleProtocolType](https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/blob/main/specification/network/resource-manager/Microsoft.Network/stable/2021-08-01/azureFirewall.json#L1042)
