**Cognitive Services: TextAnalytics REST API document still refer to 3.1 preview4**.
We need to update the document for all TextAnalytics service to point to v3.1 instead of preview. I haven't tried it for other Cognitive Services so I am not sure if anything else needs to be updated or not.
