Microsoft.RecoveryServices protectionContainers does not properly show tags

Hi,
it seems that retrieving tags is not actually working on the VM backups.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/backup/protected-items/get states you should be able to get them, but terraform and my manual tests show that the response does not contain tags.

terraform problem see hashicorp/terraform-provider-azurerm/issues/12238

Even the sample response on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/backup/protected-items/get shows no tags :)

Start with the Microsoft Recovery Services Protected Items GET endpoint and compare its documented response with the Terraform issue and the manual tests described here. Determine whether VM-backup tags are missing from the REST specification or only from the service response; done means the documented behavior and sample response accurately represent tag retrieval.
