Description
Hi!
I was trying to create an active directory administrator in a postgreSQL server. The creation/deletion works as expected, but the process tends to take around 10m. With the Azure portal, this process is much faster.
I've created an Issue with the terraform-azurerm team with steps to reproduce this issue:
https://github.com/terraform-providers/terraform-provider-azurerm/issues/10701

Research direction
Start with the linked terraform-azurerm issue 10701 and its reproduction steps, then identify the related PostgreSQL Active Directory Administrator specification in this repository. The report names no file, test, or entry point, and the expected specification change or definition of done is not stated.
