Description

Hi!

I was trying to create an active directory administrator in a postgreSQL server. The creation/deletion works as expected, but the process tends to take around 10m. With the Azure portal, this process is much faster.

I've created an Issue with the terraform-azurerm team with steps to reproduce this issue:
https://github.com/terraform-providers/terraform-provider-azurerm/issues/10701
